The Telkom *******

I give 1 star only because I cannot give no stars and continue Telkom are **********. You can buy the cheapest data bundles using their Mo Nice but is it cheap if you cannot use it all? Obviously not. Telkom are selling products that they know the consumer cannot use because they do not have the capacity to service all their customers. THIS IS ***** AND THEFT. Complaining to ICASA? Waste of time. ICASA are there to protect Telkom, and even turn a blind eye to Telkom's breaking of the law, a law ICASA introduced, to do away with time based data and airtime. And when you cancel your contract because you are paying for data that you cannot use because your internet connection has virtually disappeared, Telkom blacklist you and then harass you with 20 calls a month and more from their collection agency. This after you have told agency to take you to court. And for those smucks who want to go with Telkom in the future, do yourself a favour. Check on Telkom's home page and see if there is any way to contact Telkom where you have a record of a complaint. There are no details other than the call centre. This is not by accident, this is by design, so good luck
