The Telkom Samsung J7 Pro black Friday special is a joke

I placed an order for the Samsung J7 Pro black Friday special online. I didn't get a call on that Friday and called Telkom to query this on Saturday morning. I spoke to a lady on the phone who said she can complete the application. She asked for all my details and once that was completed she said my application was successful and I should get a call within 7-14 days from the courier to arrange delivery. I am a previous Telkom mobile customer and my current contract ended in October 2017. The whole week passed and I decided to call 10213 yesterday and the call centre agent tells me that my contract has not been approved and needs to go through a SECOND verification phase. What is this second phase? I am a previous client and never missed any payment and I was informed by the 1st agent my application was approved and it would be delivered soon. Really Telkom if you are going to advertise deals like this, you should be more prepared.

Now here I am waiting for my phone and not knowing whether my application is approved, if I will receive the phone this year or maybe next year.
