The Telkom pathetic service and disloyalty

They double debit our account between 15th and 27 and still claim that we are on are of R259 due to Bank charges. When You send proof of Money on the account they claim there was no money, they reply by saying - we will escalate the matter... It is now 09 months since they have been same mess...

The contract I am referring to is ***, Which registered under My Wives Name, Lindeka Cynthia Joka. I will never ever in MY live have any foam of Contract with Telkom. Will never recommend to anyone ever.
