The Telkom - Bermuda Triangle

It is almost as if Telkom has been created with the sole reason of increasing the overall stress levels in SA! All I need to do is move my fibre line. I call 10213, I am directed to the client portal, I submit a request and then it goes into a Bermuda Triangle. I then get so upset, I decide to cancel my account. This too needs to be logged on the portal...another Bermuda Triangle !!

I cant even cancel my service.

Please DO NOT GET TELKOM FIBRE!!!!!!!
