TELKOM ARE TOTAL *******, I have cancelled our internet for over a year now and they are still debiting our account. They have even sent us an sms to confirm the cancellation but they continue to debit our account. When I phone into: 081180 - I am told that I am at the wrong department all the time! I have even been transferred from one consultant to the other for over 5 times on a call. The service is pathetic and they are pure *******.
