The struggle is real with Telkom

I have been wondering why does my bill is so high every month not knowing that Telkom subscriptions is taking my airtime at 3 rands a day something I never subscribed to.I feel to cancel my contract with them or let it end and venture to a network where I won't experience such financial abuse.I have tried calling their customer service number for help but no good response till today.my *** is my day to day mobile network that I use and complain about.Telkom is truly behaving like a political party trying to bag money from customers and have no quality of service.
