The slowest internet speed of all Telkom 0.69Mbps To 0Mbps

Tried numerous way to get hold of Telkom but no luck lines are always busy my 200gb internet connection has for the past two months dropped to 0.69 and 0 Mbps can Telkom please fix this or cancel my contract so that i can go elsewhere as this is the worst place to have an internet connection my account is ********** ********** my cell no ********** 916
