The service that can't be canceled

Had telkom broadband and line rental package. Tried to cancel the internet for two years as I was only using the line and had uncapped adsl with mweb. Due to unreliable line I eventually canceled both telkom and mweb. Gave the required notice and jumped through all of telkom hoops to get cancelation done. Now 2 months later I'm still getting bills from telkom. How the hell do I get them to stop billing a canceled account??
