The service is bad but the agents are worse!

Telkom agents are absolutely hopeless. Zinhle Zwane one of their agents has not rep**** to a simple cancellation email i have sent her to cancel my land line. I have sent 5 email begging for a response. I was chatting to Ntokoza Shadu, another agent, who apparently said that Zinhle received my mail and has 'escalted' it to cancellation department. When i asked for written confirmation or even a reference number, Ntokoza promptly refers me to 10210. If this was escalated - why dont I have a reference number as yet? My request has been outstanding since 22nd June with no progress made whatsoever! I will not recommend Telkom to my worse enemy!
