The service at Tembisa Mall is ****, firstly i walk in the lady at the door looks at me as if i am from another planet. She continues to look at me instead of telling me that i have to get the ticket to get to the quee i had to figure that out for myself. if you guys hire at least hire people who care about your business because that is a reflection on you.

I should have turned away and left because what came after that was worse . Finally my turn came and as soon as i went to the lady she was bored as **** and i told her that me and my sister was looking to upgrade . she lifted her hands up and threw them back to hit her thighs and already at that point i was now getting annoyed because why are you treating me like i am some virus. i Told her that i wanted iphone because i am using one and i wanted to upgrade. the lady said no she cannot help because their branch does not stock that brand because of the target market there, understood i asked her that cant they pre order for me as they are the closest branch to me she just shook her head and i just picked myself up and left

I fully understand that they are procedures everywhere but pre orders its the first time i hear that , That's now ridiculous i mean that is the closest Telkom to me. this is disheartening seriously
