The saga continues
Hi, I cancelled my telkom services about 2 years ago and was sent a final invoice, which i believed was incorrect, however the telkom shop so called "service" department advised me to pay the full amount and then i would be able to get a credit later.
So i went to Telkom to get the credit and apparently i need to fill out paper work and send 3 months bank statements etc etc..
Its 2 years later ? Granted its R250 bucks ... but can i get it back without providing a DNA sample ?
