THE POOR SERVICE BY TELKOM BILLINGS DEPARTMENT

My lines were suspended now for the 6th time in a row and when I call in to Telkom billings, all I get is that we will escalate and no further help, by far the worst possible service agents who are of no help, numerous call backs for manager to call me but till now not one of them as called me back. THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!
