The pathetic service from telkom

I would like to give 0 star if its available totally disappoint service 0 stuff work ability Mess up accounting billing system The payments was done at 2nd of July and my WiFi services got interrupted because telkom’s ****ing system didn’t reflects SoI have requested a phone call to assist me solve the problems but The stuff worker called me after a week time after ! I decided to call them to get the damn issue done what a pathetic service And now ！ Just after 2 weeks passed I have been received another 5SMS thats says my account is overdue with the same ****ing amount that I have done it long ****ing time ago ！ Now My Wifi service is interrupted Again because of you! Telkom’s fault! Telkom just like a gang of ******s they just free drawing from our bank account no matter the service has been provided or not
