The outstanding subscription was paid and reflects on their system in August already yet the lines are still suspended.

Terrible experience. Service is always a double standard. Consultants just say what they thing you need to hear just to get you off the phone. I was told my lines would be un-suspended by today but to no avail my services are STILL SUSPENDED. I want this sorted out now!!!!!
