The online sales wait...

I app**** for a new device contract online which was followed by a call from sales team 3 days after. I was then pre-approved for the order, taken through the T's & C's of the contract and finally promised that my order would be processed shortly. It's been 3 days without any contact from Telkom. When I call sales for assistance (10213) to follow up on my own, I'm not getting any help as they claim they're unable to pull up "online" sales so I have to wait for someone from sales to reach out to me. Help! This is terrible service, I'm so disappointed.
