The ongoing struggle with Telkom's pathetic service...

<p>For the last 6 months i had issues with my telkom adsl line and phone line. Complaint after complaint. At present my adsl line is a 2mg line but im suppose to have a 4mb line. My phone line is also still not working. I have logged a fault for this but telkom seems to ignore this.</p> <p># I am being billed a FULL MONTH for 4mb line rental</p> <p># I am billed for a NON WORKING telephone line</p> <p># I requested an upgrade, consultant phoned me, it was finalised. Still NO FEEDBACK, no order progress, ZERO INFO NOWHERE.......</p> <p># I complain on your social media pages(twitter and facebook), I log faults. You absolutely give a sh*t. Every month its complaint after complaint. I have to complain relentlessly for you to fix my line WHICH I PAY FULLY FOR!!!!!!!!\</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOU TELKOM. Your service is absolutly pathetic. There is a demand for better internet in that specific area. Why not fix the problem and serve people better? Why must customers lick your backside untill it shines like the sun before you serve them?? Why must it always lead to a hellopeter complaint?? I have had it with you and your pathetic service. I will continue to post on your social page so that other people can see what a DRAG it is dealing with Telkom. Words cant describe how fed up I am of your BS. I WISH there was another ISP. Not for long....</p>
