The **** of a rich man does not stink, says Telkom

I chose Telkom as an ISP of my choicee because of its strong coverage in my area, Pretoria West. No other company has given the best coverage post the first contract, especially after the introduction of 3G/ LTE services like Telkom did. However Telkom has a number of hotspots areas over many areas in Pretoria except the West of the city where there are: > a number of shopping mall's, though not huge. > a provincial hospital training doctors too > A FET college and constellation of schools > A soccer stadium hosting PSL and International games. These areas are left to the devices of entities running individual unencrypted hotspots, like the ones from City Of Tshwane. A quick research in this area reveals every third individual either has a Telkom subscription of some sort but a quick Internet search shows all Telkom's hotspots are located mostly to the east of the city, where the filthy rich live. Should access to the Internet discriminate on access to money?
