The nightmare of Cancellations

<p>I have been struggling to cancel my contract that is due for an upgrade for 3 months already. I call in and email cancellations department and I am told to send forms over and over again but still nothing gets done. Managers say they will call you but no one gets back to you. Its so easy when they open the contract but to cancel it is such a mission. I actually hate the service at Telkom and will never refer them to anyone, its the worst endless problems.</p>
