The mystery of the disappearing data

<p>I signed up for the 20GB plan, by the 5th of the month, the data was gone and I wasn't even at home on the 2nd till the 4th. I bought 5gigs of data and within 7hours, the data had been depleted. I had to follow up since they didn't even have the decency to get back to me about this issue and now they are telling me that there could be apps running in the background, but yet 5gigs in the past used to last me 2 weeks. Now it only lasts for a couple of hours, this makes no sense whatsoever.</p>
