The most useless service provider in the continent

4TH COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER, I sent through a complaint last month about my account, and just to show face Telkom keeps saying my query has been escalated, and it will be attended to, its been a month, no call, no sms, no email nothing, I just want to get rid of this account, this telkom data card has not been working for the past 3 months now, and it is time to cancel my hell hole contract with you and I just want to cancel this contract now, that is all I am asking, just cancel this contract so that I am rid of you, to the public out there, dont make a mistake of taking out a contract with Telkom, they dont respond to any queries, you cant get a hold of them om 081 180, as I type out this message, I tried calling it just rings, I have told them hundreds of times that their service of chatting to an agent does not work, you put in your details and you cant get connected to an agent the system just hangs, "send us an email" they dont respond, I have no idea how to get a hold of them, I have sent 4 hello peter complaints already and they just respond by saying they will contact me and never do, have never had such horrible service, quick to debit me for a data card that does not work, 400 every month, but to get a hold of them to help me has been an absolute nightmare, ******* is what they are, taking money from me every month for a data card that does not work and I cant get a hold of them to help me, I just want to end this contract, I will never do ANY dealings with Telkom in my life ever again-
