The most useless service provider

The worst service provider I ever dealt with, I have not been able to use this router for the past 5 months now, I have sent through 6 hello peter complaints they just dont get back to me or call me back, this contract is ending this month, I have never been this happy to get rid of ****. I cannot get thru to you, your chat line is useless, so I am asking please end this useless contract and dont debit me again. If this is the only way to communicate with you, then this is how I will have to, I did send a request to cancel this contract and I was told I will get called back, and knowone EVER bothers to call back, so I hope you will cancel this contract and I NEVER EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH TELKOM EVER AGAIN
