THE MOST USELESS COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH

<p>In January 2017 I cancelled my data contract with Telkom which was 4 years old and I no longer used it. I called in to the call centre and they duly sent me the cancellation form. I was told to complete it and email it through TOGETHER with my ID to ********** I did this and the next month I received my bill and still my contract was active! Well every single month since then I have called in to the call centre stated exactly the same story to a different consultant EVERY time, emailed it through to them; spoke to various supervisors... emailed them too; even received an email from Telkom stating they have received my cancellation and my contract will be cancelled. </p> <p>Well, we are now in July and STILL I am being billed for a contract that I cancelled in January! </p> <p>I cannot believe that Telkom have such *********** people working for them! How is it possible that I have spoken to more than 10 different people and NO ONE can get this sorted in 6 months?????</p> <p>Really pathetic.</p>
