The most Pathetic service provider EVER

Few weeks ago i made a complaint about about one on my contracts and since that time the issue has still not been resolved. My reference is SM197166 and i also logged in a call and my case is ***1. To my surprise last week i get an SMS saying that my case has been resolved and now closed and yet no one has called me about it but the case is closed. I submitted two contract cancellation forms about three weeks ago and as always they drag their feet by playing stalling games. At this day and age it is absolutely ******** for any process to take 21 working days and yet when they want to tie you to a contract it takes seconds and to cancel it takes forever....absolutely pathetic. Hophney Leso [Email Removed] called me early last week trying to sweet talk me and making a million and one promises and true to Telkom standards he is MIA and not answering my emails....nice touch my man. Telkom is by far the most pathetic service provider i have ever come across. you do not deserve my business or anyone's for that matter. Customer service is non existent and u always get \my supervisor or someone will call you shortly\" and never ever happens......ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC"
