The most PATHETIC service EVER !!!!!!

Telkom Mobile is probably one of the most difficult companies to do business with ever !!! Over 3 weeks ago I went with my daughter to your offices at Lakeside Mall to sign up a new contract. They had system issues and signed manual documents. (1) They promised to load the request the next day. (2) A week later we visited the Branch and nothing appeared to have happened. (3) We tried phoning on numerous occasions (4) Tried to e-mail. (5) Tried the Talk to Us on 2 occasions who promised to get back but did not (5) A week ago tried to Complain on HelloPeter.com and was only given a reference No. SM157522 but after a week no-one has bothered to follow up. (6) Stopped at a store in Fourways on Saturday who advise nothing has been captured on the system !!! (7) Went to Lakeside Mall today who's systems were down and they admit that they often do not answer the phone !!!! .... by the time Telkom get their Act together the special with free internet on the Huwawei P8 lite will be over .. And if you also want to come with excuses about stock on your offering think again ... Or should I say ... take a hike.
