<p>I complained on HelloPeter couple days ago...received an sms yesterday saying my line was fixed........</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone line is still down...My adsl is still slow and when it does work, it is around 1.5mbps download. I have logged a boatload of faults this year...i have 19 sms's on my phone of this year alone...that excludes the complaints on your facebook page.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im sick and tired of you charging me every month line rental for adsl and phone line when it DOESNT WOR****!!!!!! Im fed up with your pathetic service. Im fed up with your STUPID replies "sorry for inconveniance. we will sort the problem"....Im sick of endless **** every month...I got refuned a R100.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Why must I pay for a full month if I cant use tge effing phone or adsl????????????? I ordered LTE TWICE......ZERO FEEDBACK....as per usual........so you know what??? CANCEL MY STUFF....Ill go to CellC and get LTE internet from them. At least they're interested in serving a customer. Not like telkom who gives a **** and charges full price for NON WORKING internet/phone.</p>
