The most pathetic company in the world!

On the 28th of November I logged a call for a faulty line. On the 5th of December, my wife followed up and nothing has been done about the issue. In the meantime, they phoned me and asked if they could upgrade my current line for R74 per month extra. Well, I am not paying for anything until they get off their lazy fat pathetic african time butts and fix a problem, that should have been sorted weeks ago! Not even the Guptas will ***** you over like this, at least they provide a service....although at a premium!
