The most horrible serve ever.

Telkom came up with a solution to the lines being ****** and fault lines. promising to replace all the wire phones in the house. my land had a fault in November 2018. were promise that the line will be replace by the wireless phone. after numeracy call's to Telkom and them keep on promise that they come to replace the hand set free of change. and the send fails sms the promise to come, but nothing. I understand that we the uneducated poor people in Soweto. but we pay for the service as we bought airtime last year that we can use due to the fact that our telephone broke after we have put airtime.
