The most astounding Customer Service EVER from Amandus Luthuli!

<p>In my personal experience, we probably have the worst Customer Service Call Centres in the world, mainly beause of the individuals manning the phones. Look, CS agents don't have an easy job and that's before they have to deal with the stupidity of 90% of the people who phone in with dumb questions. Regardless, I despise engegaing with Call Centres as much as I despise ******s...having to pick up the phone, holing for half-hours just to speak to someone how clearly hates their job is the WORST. And then one day, after holding on for less than a minute (wow!) you get put through to a man called Amandus Luthuli at the Telkom LTE helpdesk. Despite the fact that I was put through to the wrong the department, this young man went out of his way to assist me with my query. And it didn't stop there. He followed up my call with another 3 or 4 phone calls and numerous e-mails to keep me updated. His job is to assist people with Data queries, but for some reason, he took it upon himself to not only asisst me with my Contract Query, he RESOLVED it for me. Aftet that, he stayed in touch just to make sure that everything was in fact resolved. I don't know what I did to deserve this man's help, but hey, I'll take it any day. Telkom...I hope you know how lucky you are to have Amandus Luthuli on board. Give him a raise, give him a holiday...whatever you do, try make him feel as apprciated as he made me feel. Go Amandus! Go Telkom! </p>
