the most appalling service ever

<p>Does Telkom not give a damn about customer service and retention? I'm a new client to Telkom and my experience hasn't been a pleasant one and for that I'm changing service providers soon as this is resolved.My lines were suspended due to a billing error on their side and this has been on going for months... different cases logged however they never seem to be resolved ( apparently it's a trend to not have them dispatched ) and when they are, they're not attended to within the stipulated turnaround time
