The long "hold" to freedom

<p>I thought I was doing my husband a favour trying to call Telkom from my cell phone to speak to a consultant on his behalf but R75 airtime later my phone decided to give up the long hold to freedom and still no consultant! Come on guys.. Time to up the game! Are your clients paying for 2 call centre agents to man all the calls??</p>
