I lost my phone on Sunday afternoon at Mall of the South. I when to Telkom to make a sim swap on Monday afternoon. Londokuhle assisted me , and told me o can't get the sim now the sim or going for credit review. I don't understand why I have this contract with them for 21 month's. He told me it takes 48 hours and some collage will assist and it will be ok the next day Next day no network sim still not working . I when to the store i got some rood guy that was shouting at me. That was in the 15-06-2021 .He could not assist me and come with girl named Valencia. She said the request is escalated and the sim will be working the next day . Long story short my sim is still out of service till this hour . Yet they gonna do a full did depoder dedction but I was out of service . Wow Telkom and the Alberton branch u know how to disappoint a person shame.
