Since november 2015 telkom have been billing me the wrong amounts ive called ive been to stores \where they no longer deal with queries and billing\" ive ordered and been paying R3161.98 for a 1mpbs line which is suppose to be 10mbps and suppose to cost R946.38 they are refusing to swap my line to another isp because they want me to pay them an advance of R3100 im about to ask my lawyers advise as i refuse to let them ***** another R3100 from me"
