the ***est service ul ever get!!!!!

My 3g account was 24months.... after 22months i go into the ***in store and tell them i want to cancel the account and dont want any callbacks or rententions as i got another service provider... my ***in account gets renewed without my signature or consent!!!!!! I phone telkom call after call month after month and for a year later they still billing me!!!! I want my ***in money back!!!!!!!
