The installation did not happen on time

Hi<br> We have app**** 5 weeks ago for a voice line to be installed at 5 Arlene court , Bosbok St Parow. the installation was supposed happen on the 13th of march 2015. a lady phoned us to bring the date earlier but she did not put it on the system, hence no one came to install the line. they told us now that they will only come on the 17th of April. that is not an act of professional company to make business and to gain more customers.<br> May I ask you please to solve the problem. we need the line as soon as possible.<br> it is under : Hafiesa Smasodien<br> thanks.
