The incompetency that is TELKOM and its employees!!!!!

I cancelled my fibre product with them and apparently, there's a 30 day grace period for cancellations, the person who assisted me with the request went and cancelled the bundle immediately and leave the landline, now I don't have internet and I cant move to another service provider because I have to wait for 30 days.

After being transferred from one person to another they tell me there's nothing they can do!!

I'm looking at 30 days without internet because of their MISTAKE and they have the guts to tell me there's nothing they do about it!

If you were thinking of using these guys, DON'T, RUN AND RUN FAAR!!!
