The incompetence of these people is shocking.

On the 17th April I cancelled a contract. But it has not been cancelled and keeps coming off my account. This is ridiculous! I have called in, emailed, logged a cancellation online, used the online chat but this has not been resolved. It's been 4 MONTHS!

I communicated with: Tshepiso Gagathiba, Shadene Smith, Thembinkosi Nene, Sthe Siwela, Asanda Gugu Mazantsi, Vuyo, Montu, Nokululeko, Queen, Amanda. What do I need to do to be adequately assisted? I don't know how 10 people can be this ***********.
