Worst ever if I can give them a minus 5 stars I will. My bank account was hacked and I had to move to a new bank. Telkom then decided to charge me R210 per month extra because I am not paying per debit order I paid the amount and my account was up to date. After that, they just put other debits trough my account for subscribing to a gamer site online and entering a competition for winning a mustang? I also only had a spent limit of R150 on my account? I queried that with them they blatantly refuse to do anything about it. I then cancelled my contract with HELKOM and they put me on ITC without any judgement or any notice. NEVER NEVER SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH TELKOM(ALSO KNOWN AS HELKOM!!!)
