The guys are pathetic, and have ruined your credit score

I can never open an account with telkom again because they refused to process my cancellation of a previous contract and continued bill me after multiple complaints, they are completely useless at resolving these disputes as every time you deal with a different person whom nor record of the previous communication you had with the previous person, they never get back to you about the information.
