"The guy at the bottom of the ladder"

Good day I get continues marketing from telkom on data, and one of my biggest problems is that, when using a banking app I get far better deals than when dialing the ussd, speaking to a consultant or using the telkom app.

It's a huge problem because in a way it feels like they are not supporting the man at the bottom of the ladder. How am I an unemployed man getting 1gb for R149.99 and yet an employed individual gets 10gb day and an additional 10gb night at the same price?

I feel they should be doing more on their behalf to structure social benefits taking into account individuals and usage patterns. Mosa Molefe
