The Great Unlimited Data ****

I am very disappointed and extremely frustrated yet again with the service I have been receiving. 1st they cut my 2mbs unlimitedAdsl line which was working good.after less than a month, then they **** me into getting something called smartbroadband basic unlimited 4mps which was supposed to be faster.Guess What?? I'm not even reaching 1mbs.internet slow, can't stream. It's totally useless. Call technical support numerous times to log a fault and either they are offline or I was put in the wrong queue. Last call I made was on the 8/3/2020 and still no response. If nothing can be done then I would like this contract canceled as I find myself paying for something which is not functioning as it should!!!
