The great "LTE lie"

So I took out an LTE package about three weeks back.

The first week was awesome and I got speeds of approximately 18Mbps.

After that it was just downhill and now I’m getting on average between 1-2Mbps.

I’ve tried various methods (twitter, live chat, call centre) of getting help from Telkom but all have been pretty fruitless and I still haven’t been given any feedback.

Case number : ********** 6

If I could at least get a response or some sort of indication when this issue will be looked at, that would be great. To date, all I get is the standard response, technicians will be in touch to provide feedback.

Sadly, if i dont get a resolution I will be forced to take this up with the National Consumer Commission (NCC).

You decide Telkom...

Really Keagan,

Is that the best you could do? Your mobile team was tasked a week ago. All I asked is for a resolution date and even that was too much for you???

Seriously, do I need to word my request in another language? What exactly does ASAP mean? 1 week, 1 month, 1 year?

Enlighten me with your vast knowledge good Sir. And prove to me that you have some bit of competence and can comprehend basic english.

P.S: for some reason the department of trade and industry and ICASA seem to be very willing to listen to my complaints :)
