THE GLEN TELKOM PATHETIC SERVICE

I went to the glen to get my device they provided me cause they removed copper cables for house phones and replaced with cordless devices took it with for repairs they refused to book in after a fight eventually they booked it in a month later they call me to collect my device yet nothing is done was told the shop manager will call me but got no calls my device has been left there and they are not willing to repair or swap it out!!!!
