The Deal is not what it seams to be on Advertising

I saw a deal with Telkom for Unlimited calls on a look-alike fix line and consulted Telkom, I bought three lines and the deal included Telkom devices. Now I am charged for these devices and my line in cut off. I had to pay the money for the devices. I logged disputes with Telkom and were declined. I have paid the money and I think I should port my numbers to Neotel I am not happy with their service. To think I used to work for this company I will not recommend anyone.
