The communication and service from Telkom is the worst

I ordered a phone on 24/02/2021, they debited my account on 26/02/2021 and I was given a turnaround time of 48 hours to receive my phone, I have been calling and following up, I even asked for a manager and was advised my request has been escalated. On Monday the 08/03/2021 I called again and was advised the phone I want is out of stock, the consultant would escalate to a manager to contact me, today is the 10/03/2021, I have not received a call or any communication from telkom.
