THE CHRISMAS DEAL day 3

I have been to the springs mall telkom yesterday afternoon to apply for the deal and they hard system issues, i came to work and called the call center to make sure they still had stock and they confirmed i left from here and went to carnival mall which had none and than called the call center again and they confirmed springs had also, once i reached there to my disappointment yet again they had no stock and had sold the last one yesterday... so my question is why sending customers around like this wasting time money and energy on things that are advertised falsely... nothing was said about whilst stock lasts or subject to availability... just that the deal closes today at 3... or let me do the application and you can collect the phone later .they just kept sending me from pillar to post... see whats the time that this complaint is being sent and i still could not be helped... i called the call center and the promised to call me back... don't promote things you can not deliver ... I'm extremely disappointed in the service i received from you guys today as i had got my hopes up for nothing and was always so happy with the products and service i received... i just feel now that you guys chase money instead of customer satisfaction.
