The Call Centre should be fired!!!
Telkom has one of the worst call centres!!! it is impossible to get through to anyone in half an hour! and after you get through to someone they dont know what to do or how to help you. <br> <br> We have been having problems with our internet line which has been dropping through the day. we have waited 2 hours but no Such luck!! <br> <br> We needed our ports refreshed but it seems that telkom is confused about who has our lines!!
