THE BLACK HOLE - TELKOM

A new BLACK HOLE has been discovered .......... TELKOM i.e. a place where complaints disappear without trace....or response. I have logged so many emails and live chats and still, no response or contact from the hole. You are billing me for services (fibre speed) I do not get. And I have not app**** for what you are billing me for either. You are suppposed to be a telecommunications company, and with such a low rating I would have expected that you would at least have put some effort in improving it.
