The biggest mistake you can make

Telkom is probably the worst service provider we have for about a Month i have had the worst connection ever. (http://www.speedtest.net/my-…/ ********** 569) link so all the world can see. I have contacted the customer center and they said they would create a ticket and sent a technician. still no satisfaction regarding this matter. I have 3 bars on my router but as the link shows that isn't worth anything I am truly upset about this and there is nothing I can possibly do as I am locked in this one sided contract until September 2018. I would never recommend Telkom to anyone nor would I ever purchase another product from the. Utterly abysmal to say the least. Just wish I could cancel my contract.
