THE BIG DEAL - INVALID ON THEIR SYSTEM

I went to Telkom to get "THE BIG DEAL"(first deal in the March catalogue) but the deal cannot be loaded, it says INVALID, its been INVALID since Saturday which is the day the deal started. It still says that and its the 3rd day. They want to sell me a different contract but no one wants to sort it out with IT or whoever. HELP, I am tired of buying data daily because no one can sort it out.
