Dear Telkom Campaigns team please do not send me emails about my upgrade eligibility and then when I contact your sales teams I'm told I am not eligible for an upgrade. Apparently I am a month away from being eligible because my contracts are 21 months and not 22 months, but surely you would know your own terms before sending me any campaign to upgrade
